I'd have to say my food processor is the best. We live in an apartment, so I have a small one that I use all the time, but still doesn't take up very much room.
My concept for a Food Network show is called "Food in the Nude" which focuses on barely dressed fruits and vegetables to highlight the natural flavors. Clearly I've given this too much thought :D

Since I just got my KA mixer for Christmas, I know I can live without it! I did many a Daring Baker Challenge without!!! I guess I'd say I can't live without my whisks. I have entirely too many, of all different sizes. And I'm always grabbing them to do everything from scramble eggs to mix dry ingredients.

cutting blade- it chopc and is big enough to lift to put into the pan...love the fact its quick and don't have to yankout a blender and clean it..next item would be a fork- yep I can mix and beat with it faster than the mixer and less to clean up

I have this great mini spatula that I got from Pampered Chef years ago. I love it and use it all the time.

I have so many kitchen gadgets and goodies, but I can't live without my good knife. I've decided that I would much rather have one good, expensive knife that lasts, than 10 knives that I have to replace frequently.

I know it's been said......but I need my Kitchen Aid Mixer. It's 17 years old and still going strong after hundreds of cookies, loaves of bread, and cakes.
This sounds silly, but my spoons, I love my wooden spoons! I use them so often -- more often than a mixer or anything else. I also love my dicer.

I don't think I could live without my Pyrex measuring cup. I think it's a 2 cup one. It is so convienent to not have to get out 3 different measuring cups for one recipe. I love it!

The one kitchen gadget I can't live with out is the popcorn popper. So much healthier than buying the the bags & always love popping it at home. Not a fan of butter on popcorn, except at the movies, but love lots of salt.
The one kitchen gadget, that from personal experience I've come to realize is a must have, would be a can opener! :)
