My concept for a Food Network show is called "Food in the Nude" which focuses on barely dressed fruits and vegetables to highlight the natural flavors. Clearly I've given this too much thought :D

Since I just got my KA mixer for Christmas, I know I can live without it! I did many a Daring Baker Challenge without!!! I guess I'd say I can't live without my whisks. I have entirely too many, of all different sizes. And I'm always grabbing them to do everything from scramble eggs to mix dry ingredients.

cutting blade- it chopc and is big enough to lift to put into the pan...love the fact its quick and don't have to yankout a blender and clean it..next item would be a fork- yep I can mix and beat with it faster than the mixer and less to clean up

Good knives are a must, but at my DIL-to-be's recent bridal shower, I found a new piece I want. It's a liquid measuring cup that has marks on the inside. Very cool!

I don't think I could live without my Pyrex measuring cup. I think it's a 2 cup one. It is so convienent to not have to get out 3 different measuring cups for one recipe. I love it!
