Well...how about getting a little done right now?...
We're giving away one of the season's hottest gifts from Crayola, the Color Explosion Glow Dome !
We were sent a fabulous box from Crayola through MyBlogSpark with a Crayola Color Explosion Glow Dome, the Crayola Glow Station, and Crayola Color Me a Song. I let my girls pick one of the toys to keep and we decided to give the other two toys away to families who need them. The Color Explosion Glow Dome is the one they picked and we have ALL had so much fun playing with this! We take turns picking a "theme". Then, one person colors the middle of the dome and another person colors the outside. We put them together, choose a lights setting and watch it come to life. So much fun!To Enter:

Crayola Glow Station illuminates children´s imaginations through the magic of drawing with light on a large-size glow-in-the-dark canvas. Using a light wand, children can either draw freehand or use stencils and texture sheets to create more realistic drawings. A diamond-shaped tip can be snapped on the end of the light wand for stamping unique starburst designs on the canvas. Drawings magically disappear over time, or can be "erased" by turning on the lights, so kids can create again and again for limitless fun.

Crayola Beginnings Color Me A Song lets little ones draw to the beat of their own drum, trumpet, piano or guitar. This portable drawing and music creation station features a pressure-sensitive board that matches a melody to the artist´s pace. Draw fast, and the tempo picks up. Slow down, and so does the music. Four instrument buttons let kids pick their favorite sound. Color Me a Song was named a "Toy of the Year" by FamilyFun magazine and one of American Baby magazine´s picks for "Best Toys of the Year."

Special thanks to MyBlogSpark for sponsoring this giveaway. We have a winner!

We provide lots of materials for crafting and lots of examples.
We are always making something. We have taught them that there is no right or wrong when you create art.
We also talk to them about finding things to create from nature.

What an awesome giveaway. Thanks for the hello and welcome :)
I like to doodle with my niece and nephew. Sometimes on the sidewalk. He's a little young, but my niece is actually pretty good.
I limit the amount of TV watching to 2 hours a day max and do projects with my kids, go to museums, theaters, travel, and run around outside.

My kids love having "free reign" of the kitchen. My 8 year old will make up recipes and my job is simply to do the oven/stove work. Some have been tasty, some, well...you know. :)
I also follow your blog. Thanks for all the great ideas!
I entered the sweepstakes. Why didn't they have those when we were growing up?? :)
My kids and I try to creat something each day. In the summer we make fairy houses outside, in the fall we press leaves and create fall 'hand' trees, in winter we paint the snow and make crafts to give away at the holidays and in spring we set up the easel outside and paint he new colors. WE would LOVE this.
Love & follow your blog!
fingers crossed!!
I keep a box full of general craft items for them to use whenever and however they want. And believe me my kids are in it all the time.

We actually decorated gingerbread people this weekend. It was fun to see how differently each cookie was decorated.
I love to just let my boy color and draw me a picture of whatever he is thinking about. Play doh is great also!

I save everything in my house, from toilet paper rolls, to cans of soup then we take one or two days a week and we all sit down and see what we can come up with.
This would be the perfect gift for my little grandson. He loves to create and can spend hours playing with it. I have been following your blog for sometime and enjoy it very much...thanks for this opportunity!
I'm from happy heads, just coming by to thank you for your sweet comment!
I love your blog, I can see it will be a very helpful one.
One of my favorite things to do with my kids and I guess it's kind of creative, is we make a paper turkey and write all our blessings on a paper feather and then stick it to the turkey. They love doing this and choosing all the different colors, but it is also a good way to have kids think of what they're thankful for.
Wow, that was a novel!
Thanks again!
I like to make craft projects with my kids, we recently made a fall wreath out of stuff we collected from outside.
I make sure we have lots of different art supplies in the house for them to be able to use and experiment with. We love creating.

We play Play-Doh and color and draw... A LOT!
We like to make up stories to tell each other. Sometimes we just sit together and make them up as we go. The stories get pretty silly, too, and the kids have a blast!
I love incoorporating nature and art with my kids, especially in the fall! Most everything they create we can leave outside and don't have to worry about having room on the fridge and then make it again when we go outside next!
Just doing something creative myself lights the fire for them.
...and I happily entered the contest!
One of the best ways to inspire creativity is showing kids that anything can be art. You shouldn't limit it to crayons and paper. Show kids how to collect leaves or scrap paper and make collages.

I play along with their imaginative play ideas. give them lots of opportunity to create whether it's in the kitchen, craft or outside and believe it or not we don't have a tv so i think that helps because they have to make up their own activities/fun.
My daughters does a lot of arts & crafts. We played play-doh and created all kinds of fun things!
THANKS.

My kids have been crafting since they could hold a jumbo crayon and not eat it! We have a cabinet full of craft containers, and a bin full of crayons, paper and coloring books.
