I'd mix in some grilled zucchini and grilled eggplant. And mix in some cut up onions and tomatoes and bellpeppers. Sort of like a ratatouille salad.

I love Suddenly Salad. It doesn't really need anything, but when I make it, I do add peas and green onions and sometimes olives. It's so yummy and creamy. You could add canned chicken or tuna or even salmon to make a main dish out of it. Sounds great to me.
Debbie!

You can't go wrong by adding cheese.

Mmm, I haven't tried Suddenly Salad, but now I'm going to! I like Debbie's idea of adding canned chicken.

The last two family functions I went to, I took two different suddenly salad's. One I dressed up with pepperoni, olives and red onions, the other I mixed corn and black beans and red onions. Everyone raved about both salads. I like them because they are easy to prepare and you can jazz them up with simple ingredients.

I would add grilled shrimp and maybe extra cheese!

Enter me! Pretty much any salad with artichoke hearts and black olives makes my good list.

Please enter me! We love the Bacon & Ranch, but this new Greek one sounds wonderful. I'd add artichokes and tomatoes. We aren't fans of olives in our family, so they'd stay out.
