"J" is for Jeweled Jell-o

Jenn over at Just Jenn Recipes was cool enough to share this. I've been looking for a good "J" snack for school next week. I think we've found it! Thanks for sharing, Jenn!!
Different color themes would be really fun depending on what you're making this for. What little princess wouldn't love purple & pink "jeweled jello" at a party? Or, how about Superbowl team colors? :) Go Steelers!
Jeweled Jell-o
Ingredients:
4 small boxes of jello, different colors
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
water

Directions:
Dissolve each box of jello separately, into one cup of hot water. Pour into individual containers (small tupperware works well) and chill overnight.
Ready a 9×13 pan.
Cut flavors of jello into small blocks.
Mix together carefully in pan.
In a separate bowl, dissolve 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water. Add dissolved gelatin to 1 3/4 cup hot water and condensed milk. Cool.
Pour cooled milk mixture over jello and chill overnight.

Very cool. It's unfortunate that every time I eat J-ello I want to throw up afterwards.

I can't believe you're not cheering for AZ. You used to live here. But, we do get free Chipotle on Sat. thanks to them actually winning this year.

I'm trying to teach Sammie to say to say Chipotle so we can get another free burrito. Last time they said babies didn't count.

Hi Mandy,
Just a note to let you know I "borrowed" your link for a Jell-O Give-Away I'm having for Jell-O Week, 2009 over @ my blog.

Thanks so much for sharing this "Jeweled" recipe.

I made this and my kids could not get enough. I am, right now, making our school colors for TCAP testing and sending this to school in individual cups for a surprise snack. Thank you for such a GREAT idea!!
