I saw these while leafing through one of my random cookbooks, and I though "Perfect for Preschool!" These are super-easy to make and fun to stack up and eat. You could also use graham crackers instead of cookie dough if you're in a rush.

Love Legos!! They rock (well except when stepped on late at night). Last year we had a Lego themed birthday party for my 6 year old. There are not a lot of ideas out there for Lego themed treats. I love your cookie idea. I created Lego cupcakes and a Lego cake. It was my first time working with fondant and it wasn't as hard as I thought.
